Here you will be introduced to sustainability. We will review linear vs circular economies, identify values, and explore fulfillment in this phase. You will walk away knowing that sustainability is a wholistic practice.

Change requires a certain understanding of your emotional experience. In this phase you will have the opportunity to understand your emotional process, identify productive ways to cope, and learn how to more sustainably navigate through your emotional experience as you change.

One phase 4 audits. Here you will have the opportunity to audit your trash, needs, habits, and goals. In order to sustainably move towards change you have to know what you want to change. Audits reveal the areas in which improvement is needed. By the end of this phase you will be able to clearly identify areas you desire to improve in your life.

In this phase you will end the course with a clear strong action plan that is rooted in your previously identified goals. The 3 things we focus on here are planning, prioritization, and creating systems. Once you are able to create a plan, identify priorities, and create the systems you need to sustainably move forward you will discover that you are able to truly live more sustainably.
